Cinderella Pantomime 2021

Over the 2021 Christmas period, I had the most amazing opportunity to be part of the costume department of AJ Theatrical Productions’ “Cinderella” Christmas pantomime show. My time within the crew involved being hands on backstage within wardrobe and gaining an insight into other departments of theatre involving production and set. 

I also had the privilege of being able to design and make the costumes of the dames (the “Uglies”) otherwise known as the Ugly Sisters, for their messy scene within the show. The designs followed the influence of Old Hollywood glamour and nightwear - process pictures featured in the “AJ Cinderella” highlight. 

Massive thanks to AJ Theatrical Productions for giving me the amazing opportunity, and I can’t wait to work with AJ again in the summer with exciting things coming for the next show preparation!
